IACP Boosted Culinary Careers

At the recent International Association of Culinary Professionals in New York, a panel of culinary luminaries including Betty Fussell, Nathalie Dupree, and Darra Goldstein shed light on the struggle women faced a mere 40 years ago to secure recognition for teaching cooking as a bona fide profession.
